CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 100% charge for Service booked for no shows & cancellations & last minute rescheduling(this is a cancellation) within 48 hours of scheduled appointment . There is a 10 min on the dot grace period . If you arrive late appointment maybe canceled and charged 100% of service booked or a Late fee May apply. No Shows will be banned from rebooking. Your deposit may roll over ONE TIME if you reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule after rescheduling once before a NEW deposit will be required. Thank you for understanding đ POLĂTICA DE CANCELACIĂN Se cobrarĂĄ el 100% del servicio reservado por no presentarse o cancelar dentro de las 48 horas previas a la cita programada. Hay un perĂodo de gracia de 10 minutos exactos. Si llega tarde, es posible que se cancele la cita y se cobre el 100% del servicio reservado o se aplicarĂĄ una tarifa por retraso. Los que no se presenten sin previo aviso no podrĂĄn volver a reservar. Su depĂłsito puede transferirse UNA VEZ si necesita reprogramar antes de las 48 horas.
